Shipping

Everything in my store is made to order in Brooklyn, New York with the best small team of sewers on the planet (I honestly believe it). Please understand that it’ll take us time to construct and craft your item. I want your piece to be of the highest quality possible. Rebecca Gundling is the opposite of fast-fashion. It’s slow, meticulously crafted and orders are very limited. Please allow 8-12 weeks to ship (hopefully sooner) after you place your order. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. All orders within the US are shipped with The United States Postal Service from Brooklyn, New York. As of right now I don’t offer express shipping options, but I promise, I’ll get you your dress as quickly as I can!

International Orders

For international orders we ship via USPS International. International shipping rates vary by country. Please note that all orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all additional tax and duties upon delivery. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by countries. 

Returns & Exchanges

At the moment, all items are final sale, which is why I urge you to go back through the description and photos to make sure this piece is something you truly want. With that being said, I want you all to be happy with your purchase, so if there are any sizing issues after purchase, please reach out to me within 72 hours of receiving your set and I will do my best to accommodate you. I want you to be as happy wearing Rebecca Gundling as I was making it for you.

Adjustments

At this time, I am not offering tailoring or adjustment services. If you need your skirt or top shortened, a local tailor should be able to assist you. Please ask the tailor to make a rolled baby hem.
